EMIT - CODE OF CONDUCT
Article One-
The Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth, is a corporation sole organized as a private religious society advancing the cause of religion through education of the principles of the ancient scriptures and texts that presuppose a Supreme Being sometimes referred to as God, Yah-Weh, Jehovah, Brahma, Allah, Creator and other names attributed to this Supreme Being or Supreme Deity.

Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth is constituted as a private religious order where the decisions of its members are based on the highest degree of majority consensus, because it is for the common cause of the members that the corporation sole has been established in the first place.
- Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth has a Presiding Council, consisting of [7] seven members. Final decisions of all matters concerning members and or membership will be made by the Presiding Councils complete consensus on the matter.
- The Presiding Council shall form Standing and Special committees for the purposes of acquiring information, assisting in certain areas, and advising the Presiding Council as directed by the Presiding Council. Said committee's should strive for the highest degree of consensus and contact with members as needed by the task charged to them. These committee's will have the authority and independence to carry out their task as they deem necessary, staying within the "Code of Conduct", at all times.
- Selection of committee members may be by, volunteering, nomination and vote during teleconference, appointment, by e-nomination e-ballot and e-vote, or as expediency dictates.
- Persons intending to join Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth must submit a Letter of Intent [LOI], an application, an agreement of non-disclosure, and non-circumvent agreement are obtainable from the Secretary of the Presiding Council. The intending member must be recommended by at least One Member in Good Standing with the Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth.
- Applications for membership shall be vetted by the Presiding Council. In the event one of the Council disapproves of the intending member's application, the matter shall be put to rest there and then without the need for debate and discourse.
- Membership application is open to all persons who believe in the Creator/ God, especially if that intending member is willing to help others in need.
- Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth is committed to learning about the inner working mechanisms of capital markets, sovereign wealth funds, and how the rewards of the unjust could be put to good use for eleemosynary purposes [i.e. charitable and educational].
- All members are encouraged and invited to actively participate in improving the aims, objectives and purposes of Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth by contributing to articles in the views-paper of the website, send to, presidingcouncil@emitruth.org. Members are further encouraged to contribute their thoughts and ideas during the open discussion in the teleconferences held at certain times of the calendar month.
- The Presiding Elder of the Presiding Council and its Secretary shall prepare an Agenda for discussion for every Members call, after having been discussed by the Presiding Council. No Members calls shall be held without a prepared Agenda. Members are invited and encouraged to write to members@emitruth.org as to the nature of their concern or question or issue to be raised on the Members call.
- Resignation of any Member shall be in writing and the reasons for such resignation are welcome for Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth's future betterment purposes.
- Members who cause disharmony and disaffection amongst other Members of Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth shall face disciplinary action and may result in suspension or expulsion depending on the gravity of the situation. A panel of judges will be established to adjudicate such controversy or dispute or any other matter that requires a judicial imperative and initiative. The Panel may consist of members of the Presiding Council, Judge /Mentor/Advisor Naidu, or other selected key Members.
- The Presiding Council shall consist of no more than seven persons. If any Member of the Council is unable to serve or no longer wishes to serve on the Council, then the Presiding Council shall nominate a replacement, and complete consensus of agreement is needed to appoint said replacement Council member. Chairpersons of any committee, Standing or Special, may nominate from the members in good standing with Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth, a replacement for someone unable to serve or an additional member to serve on the committee should the need arise. Such nominee must have the complete consensus of agreement of the Members already serving on that committee before they can be appointed to serve that committee.
- Every effort shall be made by every Member to maintain harmony, unity, and accord within the membership ranks of Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth. All concerns, questions, hopes, aspirations, and unresolved matters in dealing with the secular world will be discussed and debated to find answers and solutions in an amicable fashion.
- As and when amended by the Presiding Council, "Roberts Rules of Order", shall be the designated Parliamentary Authority only as an aid for efficiency of the meetings.
- The "Code of Conduct", may only be amended by the Presiding Council, as issues, questions, conditions, and necessities reveal a more equitable and satisfactory method of consensus and administration.

The Presiding Council of EMIT has been established and ordained to maintain the Unity & Solidarity of the Ecclesiastical Ministry in Truth. Therefore, the Presiding Council mandates that the twin attributes of Unity & Solidarity be of Cardinal and Practical importance to all members of EMIT. The Presiding Council does realize that situations may arise where, a member or members, by an attitude of non-participation or by creating circumstances that fractures the Unity & Solidarity of EMIT, causing an endangerment to the very existence of EMIT and it’s protocols. When such a situation arises the Presiding Council will take the following steps;
- The Presiding Council will commission a three Member Panel to review the situation and determine if the fracture and or endangerment against EMIT, caused by the member or members, could be repaired by the efforts of the member or members under review.
- If an accord between member/members and the review Panel can be reached, then the Panel will submit an action plan to the Presiding Council detailing the action to be taken by the member or members under review so as to maintain their membership in EMIT. If no accord can be reached then the matter will go to a, section (4), adjudication immediately.
- The members or member engaged in efforts aimed at achieving the status of “member in good standing”, may be, for the purpose of voting or receiving benefits, be held in a state of suspension until such time their efforts successfully achieve the status of “member in good standing” for themselves.
- If all efforts fail to bring about a restoration of Unity & Solidarity, the Presiding Council shall assume the responsibilities of a Court for the purpose of immediate expulsion and disassociation of said member or members.
It is to be noted, that not all conditions, dangers, or issues may be foreseen. The Presiding Council may, during times of threatening circumstances, and for conditions calling for expediency, take upon themselves the Mantles of Review & Court, and deal with the issue immediately and effectively.
